Absolutely horrible pharmacy! Every time I arrive to pickup prescriptions
, they tell me 2 more hours. After the 3rd trip back they still weren't ready and had to insist to get it done while I waited. Absolutely terrible service. The young girl that waited on me each time didn't care! Changing pharmacy!!!!!

Absurd it takes so long to get my script filled. It's every time to. Hours it takes. I'm switching pharmacies. I've been at Walgreens for 20 years too. I'm done. It's pathetic it takes longer to get my meds than it does to see my doctor.

I buy my medicine and chocolate delights here. Clean store, workers are not that friendly but nice store so you can find your way around.

Wow, something has happened in the last two weeks - the pharmacy department at the Centralia Walgreens has completely imploded! Last week they were closing at 6 without putting it on the website, just a paper taped to the door, and this week, it’s a new guy in there, and they aren’t answering the phone. No flu shots being done. What a mess. Unfortunately, that’s the only pharmacy that takes Blue Cross, so I’m stuck with them.

Most of the time I'm extremely happy with the customer service and products at this location. My only real problem comes to when I use the app which is hella buggy. Have had a cpl rude staff members but I chock that up to them being busy and I'm sure understaffed. Thank you to all the employees that are doing their best and to the ones that aren't well life will get better. Also I'm sorry for all the rude people you have to put up with. People can be truly horrible to customer service personnel and it's just not right.

My doc noted generics were fine to substitute. When I picked up my prescription, it was way more expensive than I expected. When I asked why, I was simply told it's "x drug" and would count towards my deductible. Me, being someone who rarely needs medicine, paid for it not knowing any better, only to realize with some research I'd functionally been fleeced for no real reason. Why in the world would the pharm tech not give me a generic when that's the obvious option for a customer confused why their script costs so much?
Don't know whether to be aggravated at Walgreens or the sorry excuse that is the American healthcare system, but since my money went to Walgreens, I'll go with them.

In store coupons very misleading said spend $25 get $7 off but at register they said it is only good for $5 off next visit .... Centralia Illinois store ...one of the reasons Wal Mart is taking over ...
