Very friendly staff. They are gentle and kind to the animals. The facility is up kept and clean. We have been two times with our medium size dog and had great service both times, we will continue to be customers. The prices are competitive and affordable.^^^^UPDATEThis above was my raving review 5 years AGO, was 5 stars... let that be a testament to the history of my use of this facility. I used to love this facility. That was until today. Today I proceeded to take my dog (Australian shepherd /border Collie about 60lbs) here from a two month standing appointment. When I walked in I was told by Rhonda that he wouldn't be seen today (originally because she didn't have the extra help, then it was my dog will no longer be seen by them because she accused him of being a "biter". This is not true. They have seen him for nearly 6 years and ONE time he nipped at an assistant employee who was brushing through matting on his rear-end (this was even according to them). I apologized and said "he's never done that" Rhonda and her assistant even agreed and said it was probably just the area they were working on and maybe he was sensative. Fast forward a few months I call to schedule another appointment from previous "nipping" appointment. I scheduled with Paige, all goes well, I'm told no Issues. Again another few months later with Paige, and again I'm told no issues. So no issues previous to that ONE and none since, but now I'm being told by Rhonda they won't see him because he's a biter.I ask Rhonda why would Paige have taken him 2 times since the incident, and now all the sudden you're saying no?Rhonda seemed surprised by this information that Paige has seen him (even though she scheduled one of them) , briefly flips through calendar book, then quickly remarks "well, Paige said she won't take him either". Again new news to me, especially since I previously asked Paige both times how did he do. I was told he did fine, no issues. So what's going on here? Almost 6 years of history of going to this groomer, constantly referring friends here, and all the sudden this!? Seriously. The mishandling of this situation was disappointing to say the least. I understand if it's because he's a big dog and some days Rhonda doesn't have the help, but I'm being told two different things. He's not a biter, he had his rear-end hairs pulled... I think it's understandable.

Rhonda is top notch. She is great with the dogs and Emmie always comes home looking great! I recommend her highly!

She is a great groomer .My dogs give no problems being dropped off .which is saying something my Jax is a mommas boy but he loves his visits with Mrs Rhonda

She did so great with my shihtzu. She put bows in her hair and she stayed so soft for days after her grooming. Definetly will be going back!

Been twice and both times did exactly as I wanted on my Yorkie Rhia. Did a perfect Yorkie cut, not too short, put a bow in her hair that actually stayed in! She smelled so good and hair so soft. Rhia will return! Thanks ladies!
