After an accident, my car sat at Don's Body Shop for 10 weeks. I kept getting the run around, with no returned calls, etc. I proceeded to look for another body shop to help me out. I found another shop and made arrangements for it to be picked up. I was informed my towing bill was $500.00. I had to ask for a receipt when the car was moved. The tow was $150.00 and labor was $350.00 for an estimate, " WHICH I STILL DO NOT HAVE". NOT THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE BUSINESS...Very Poor Ethics (grade is an F -) "NOT HAPPY AT ALL" --- BE AWARE

They did an outstanding job on my car. The lines were perfect. Compaired to a shop in Salem that did my vehicle when I was rear-ended, this shop is the best.

Friendly service and they work with the insurance companies so you don't have to. Did a wonderful job on my husband's car last year and can't wait to see how my car looks when they are done!! They always answer the phone amd are very respectful and honest! Highly recommend them!!
