“Good place to go if you’re sick of Walmart and Meijer. Prices can be a little high if not on sale and selection is good, but may still be limited. Store isn’t dirty, but isn’t that clean either (it’s showing it’s age since last remodel).”
“Love this store, Always my stop for groceries. They may not have everything like the big stores . But for me this small town store is where my parents bought the food to put on are table when I was a kid and now I'm older I shop here for the food on my table for my kids to eat. Some time it's about Hometown Proud and well memories . And also Willie Delp that runs the store. He's is dam good people, more like family. Take my two cents for what it's worth. Cause when it's gone it's gonna be a sad day.”

“I've always enjoyed save-a-lot.. and in this area, it's the only grocery store unless you go to dollar general or family dollar or drive further away to Cayuga, Paris, Danville, etc. Would be nice if it was a wee bit bigger, but honestly, it's a nice place. Kept stocked, clean and organized, but again, a little bigger would be nice.
(Bigger of course means more variety and more of what goes fast, such as canned goods)”

“I Work at this Dollar General in Georgetown, we try to make sure everything is on the shelves, a lot of our products sell quickly so its hard to keep the shelves completely full. We try our best to keep our store clean and our customers happy. Come shop at Dollar General in Georgetown, open 8am-10pm every day.”
“Just getting a few needed items. The store was clean and well stocked as usual. Since we were paying with our debit card we used the self checkout for the four items we purchased. Very easy to follow directions and fast and convenient. The cashier was busy with other customers so we didn't interact with any staff but we recognize them and know they are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to assist you. And always plenty of free parking including wheelchair accessible and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Have a good one and stay safe out there!!!”
“The store was clean and orderly and well stocked. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help you and I always joke around with them and get some great laughs in and they can dish it right back at you with no qualms. It's just great hometown customer service that you don't get in bigger cities and it brightens your day. Always great value for your money. Download the Dollar General App and you'll find everything that is on sale, special deals, coupons, discounts and the digital coupons are great. You can load them in the app and at checkout you just enter your phone number in the register access panel and the system will automatically enter all of your digital coupons during checkout and they'll be recorded on your receipt. After your receipt prints you'll get another receipt inviting you to do a survey and be registered for gift card giveaways and you'll get another receipt with a coupon good for the next upcoming Saturday for $5.00 off of your $25.00 purchase and this coupon is only good for that specific Saturday and that's a great deal. There is in-store WI-FI available for no cost so you can use the app with ease while you're shopping so you don't have to use your precious and with some cell phone carriers your costly data and the WI-FI is faster anyway. We're often surprised when shopping by a lot of the things Dollar General stocks on their shelves that we need and haven't seen at other stores. It's really kinda like a mini super center store , you know like the biggest one that I needn't name here, but more convenient. One thing that we always get when we shop here is the big bag of Miniature Reeses Cups, our all-time favorite we just can't live without, because Dollar General does have the lowest price of any store we have ever shopped at and quite often there are great coupons for them and you can't beat that. Dollar General is one of our favorite stores to shop and wonder up and down the aisles and we always end up with a few impulse buy items that we just gotta have. “I shop at this location pretty often and I have never had any issues. I was standing at the deli counter waiting for someone to help me, the lady that was working by the hot food saw me walk up and looked right at me and walked away. After a minute standing there a man walked up and she greeted him very fast and asked him what he needed. A different lady came from the back and walked right up to me and helped me and she was very friendly and professional about it. I will never have the other woman wait on me even if she is the only one working. I will still give this location 5 stars because everyone else was very friendly. If I was a man she probably would have waited on me.”
“Very busy clean, respectful, friendly place to shop, especially after dark. People who operate & work this store are very awesome good vibes kinda people. Out late want a snack or cold drink, best place to go, open till 12a.m. Close by Mercy Housing ?★†★ D.A.C.C & the V. A. I'd give it a? all day every day hands down”
“The staff as a whole is great. It has to be busy because as soon as they stock the shelves they're empty again. It's great for picking up a couple of things. Saves me a trip to the grocery store. I'm always surprised at the odd little things I find there.”
