When posting our TLX on FB Marketplace, David and Dan from Crossroad Motors both reached out. They did not try to low-ball us on the price and were great to work with. We realized my parents had also sold their RDX to them. We ended up buying a Pilot they had on the lot and they were very fair on the pricing of that as well. Crossroad only buys quality cars sold by the public. If you hurry, there might be a TLX and an RDX up there which are both in great shape. I cannot recommend Crossroad Motors enough. My wife and I try to work with quality people and everyone we encountered there were great. Everything about our experience has been positive and we've been nothing but happy.

Go somewhere else, everything on the lot is overpriced. If you express your dissatisfaction on the dealerships Facebook page in your review, they’ll delete your review and block you.

Just sold my vehicle to Crossroads Motors. The time between Dan expressing interest in the vehicle and getting a check in my hand was less than 24 hours. Highly recommend selling your used car to this company.

Do not give them a deposit. They take your money then refuse you paperwork. When questioned, very nasty and condescending. Women beware!!

There are no words to describe how amazing the people at this establishment are. I have purchased two cars from here and both times the service was immaculate and the people were very attentive and helpful. I 100% recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

I don't typically write reviews but felt the need to do so for this company. We had been shopping around for a specific vehicle but hadn't had much success with finding something in our price range. In dealing with other dealerships, we heard everything from, "You won't be able to find something for that price." to "Why do you want to buy used?". When I say we heard and dealt with it all, I mean it.
Finally, by a funny chance I came across Crossroad Motors and so glad I did. From the moment I called to verify that the car was still in stock to the final handing over the keys, the whole process was awesome and smooth.
We personally worked with David. He did awesome with being patient with us as we expressed our financial concerns and he even broke numbers down for us so we could see exactly what was going to save us money and where.
We ended up trading in our beloved Toyota Avalon, which we weren't expecting to do because they offered us exactly what we were hoping to get for it.
I can't say enough about this place. They went above and beyond to work with us. Even though we initially had our own financing through our credit unit, Jennifer was able to find us an even better rate with one of their lenders.
I highly recommend working with Crossroad Motors if you're looking for a quality used vehicle.
