Crain Tree Farm office staff has excellent customer service, Brian Crain has gone above and beyond to help make sure that several trees were planted at a Villa property that I manage. As a property manager we depend on our contractors expertise and I know my homeowner and myself appreciate everything they do for us.

We bought two types of maple trees from Crain Tree Farm & Nursery. They made the process super easy and the kids enjoyed helping pick out the trees. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had since this was our first time buying a tree. We got help figuring out what we wanted and after purchase we didn't have to call to get anyone to come to our house to see where all those colorful flags went (sewer, water, electric, & internet cables). Crain Tree Farm & Nursery scheduled and made the calls. The expected planting time was earlier than expected which was phenomenal and we are super happy with our trees and service. After planting the process for taking care of our new trees was explained and helpful since we're going into our colder months. I would definitely go back for future purchases. Thanks so much.

My wife and I were helped by a very knowledgeable young lady. She listened to our needs and she recommended two types ornamental trees for our front yard. We came back the next day after deciding which tree to purchase but the young lady was not there. An older gentleman greeted us and offered his services. Little did we know he was the owner. He is a walking encyclopedia. We bought the tree right on the spot and just had it planted about two weeks ago.Four men showed up to plant the tree. It took only about about 45 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased.

Crain offers a very good variety of healthy trees and shrubs. They do an excellent job of planting trees. We are very happy with the service they provided us and highly recommend them.

The young lady working this morning helped me tremendously. My knowledge of arbury and All things botanical are lacking at best and she made my decision and purchase seamless fast and she was extremely pleasant.It seems like this place is a family-owned establishment and I can tell you it's 100 times better than a place like market basket. Will be buying the 20 evergreens for my new home construction from them and any landscaping stuff that I can get in the future!Thanks again!

Recently purchased three trees with delivery from Crain. I was most impressed with the individual attention we received and the knowledge of the employees with which we worked. Other landscaping centers were only able to provide as much guidance as the tree card or a website; the Crain employees had an abundance of knowledge regarding tree growth behavior, ideal conditions and how to pick the right tree which made the process less stressful. Thanks Crain!

They did an amazing job planting my tree. I thought it was going to be a problem due to my backyard location. They were able to make it happen and planted the tree without any issues! The tree looks great! Everyone there was awesome to talk to and was very informative and friendly. I’ll definitely be buying planet from them in the future!
