I’m from NY. I was driving through Illinois on my way back from Oklahoma, and my truck broke down. Thankfully this dealership was a mile down the road from the exit I got off of. Every single person that I encountered at this dealership were so nice. I had a rough couple weeks and all I wanted was to get home. Thankfully it was an easy fix, and they were able to get me on my way. I will never forget the kindness they all showed me.

Fantastic Dealership, with honest awesome and caring staff, which I have never experienced at any other dealership in my life. I was travelling on I-70 coming down from Lansing, Michigan, Sept 2021, I lost a very dear friend from my military service years, I was driving to his funeral in Arkansas. The vehicle I was driving had a major driving issue which affected the complete exhaust system. I didn't have the time to get repairs so I decided to just get a new vehicle because I really needed to get to this funeral the next day. I was directed by a small town mechanic in Upgreen to head back to Casey where I would find a Jeep dealer. This is when the best part of this experience happened. I was taken to a sales person by the Service manager. I told her what was going on. She and another sales person took my vehicle, even with its issue and gave me a great trade-in value. They very well could have taken advantage of me in my situation, but instead they bent over backwards to help me select a pre-owned vehicle that looked brand new. I was truly blessed this day to be guided to J&K Mitchell. The two sales staff made sure I was back on the road so I could make it to the funeral. I will never forget their kindness and compassion as they knew I was very upset about my friend's passing. I can't thank you enough, and I will never forget you for your honesty and kindness.

Have gotten several vehicles from here and all have had issues almost as soon as we drive it off the lot. We are done getting vehicles here. Worst dealership in Illinois. Wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. STAY AWAY.
