Very unprofessional, constant hand written notes on the door saying "be back soon" and then rarely is anyone back in a timely manner. If management can't afford to pay enough workers to keep theyre store open during the posted hours of operation, then maybe they shouldn't have a business in the first place

This is my favorite smoke shop around, it's 20 mins from my house. There are several other closer options but I choose Uncle Stus in Cary because of the exceptional customer service and selection. I also enjoy the art. ??

Asked for several different spearmints none of which were in stock been going there once a week and Everytime they have no spearmint or just mint should get more in stock no sense of urgency either I'll just keep going to Elgin don't know why I tried with this place

Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make most of the glass in house which is cool. Pricing on some objects was too high compared to other shops in Mchenry and Kane county. Specifically the smaller pipes and chillums so I didn't buy much. The oil rig were ok and fairly priced and they did have some cool water pipes. I bought a mini one for $50. I would consider returning in the future. White Owl wraps were dried out, steer clear of those.Edit: the small rig I got broke just by me picking it up. Completely clean brake, I haven't even had this for 4 weeks. Cheap glass I guess. Super annoyed with this place. Lucky there's a great smoke shop by the laundry mart in Cary. SMH.
