When I first started doing business with this agency, I was pretty specific on what it was I was looking for. I was assured that I would be taken care of accordingly. So far it has been the opposite. Everything seems to be a extreme hassle. The most recent: on February 22nd I notified them to remove one of the vehicles from the policy. On February 28th I received a confirmation of my request (prior company I would receive the same day). On March 16th my account was charged for the vehicle in question. Looked on the State Farm app and sure enough the vehicle was still active. In contacting the local office again they stated they sent the request but the corporate office didn't receive it in time ( even though I had confirmation and three weeks later I still was charged). As of a couple days ago the vehicle was removed (around the 26th) but still no reimbursement for what was wrongfully taken!

I have been with State farm since i was a kid and i have never had one complaint about them. Very resourceful and always looking to help in every way they can. Seth Lewis and his very competent insurance team, Christine in particular. They have satisfied all our needs that you would need from an insurance agency. They've been our agent for over 20 years. Our relationship with Seth and his team has evolved over the many years of service. From putting our children on our insurance plan, or dealing with them on a claim, we've always been extremely satisfied with the level of service we have received.

Whether it is a week day or weekend, Seth and his team are always there to provide support. I recently bought a new car on a Saturday, and had new digital insurance cards sent to me as I was driving it off the lot.
