I strongly dislike the Jewel Foods phone app and Drive Up & Go services. The people are great, as helpful as they can be. But every shopping experience for months has been frustrating and disappointing due to items out of stock (after I order and pay), substitutions, order minimums (to use Drive Up & Go), and maximums on numbers of items ordered. Today's example represents the past problems: I needed 24 16 oz. Diet Snapples and 30 Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix pouches. I was only allowed to order 20 cookie mixes - maximum 20 allowed. So I ordered the 20, entered my payment info, and got an order confirmation. Then I ordered 2 12-packs of the Diet Snapple plus 10 cookie mix pouches. I paid, received order confirmation. I received a call from Jewel Drive Up saying they only had 8 cookie mix pouches, asking if they could substitute. I said no substitutions, please. When I picked up my 2 orders, I got 8 of the cookie mix pouches and one 6-pack Diet Peach Snapple, which I paid 18% more then if I purchased a 12-pack. Every time I use this service at Jewel Foods, I have multiple items canceled because they're out of stock. But I only find this out when I pick up the order. Now I try hard to avoid shopping at Jewel whenever I can, and when I shop for a few specific things, I also shop for a larger shopping list of items, along with last minute impulse buys - and I do that shopping at stores other than Jewel whenever I can because I don't like routinely receiving less than my order at pickup.

The head Pharmacist Agnes is by far the best I've ever dealt with as far as Pharmacy's go, customer service is up and beyond what is expected, she is always very attentive and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about her job. It is always a pleasure to pick up my prescriptions. Keep up the great work.

I stopped by last Sunday to pick up flowers for my sons girlfriend's birthday. I was so fortunate that Mary was working in the floral department that day! She was a great help to me and made sure because of the cold weather that my plant was wrapped and took the time to add the balloon and some ribbons to make the flowers and plant look terrific. Everyone loved the floral arrangement and complimented me on how beautiful it was!

Pretty sure I’m done with jewel entirely based on my experiences at this location. I almost bailed when they took out the self-service stations, but I’ve given plenty of chances since then.

This jewel is the best go to jewel. I love the way the parking lot is designed and that there are a lot of parking spaces and it's very convenient place for a grocery store. Highly recommend this store to anyone

Had such a great experience earlier today 8/2 around 4pm that I had to compliment the women who helped us with our cake in the bakery department. She was very professional and sanitary (excused herself to wash her hands after leaving the deli) I did not catch her name, but she was so accommodating, and knowledgeable. I don't normally yelp review but she deserves 5 stars!!!

The pharmacy team here is phenomenal! The pharmacist/manager (Agnes) is always so nice and goes above and beyond for her patients. The team is very efficient and always has my prescriptions ready and solves any problems quickly. Highly recommended!
