“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”

“Easy to work with and so so happy with how quickly our furniture sold! We had been trying to sell on our own but ultimately acostas was the most convenient and best decision for us. It's great they have a delivery service so we didn't have to setup our own transport (we consigned a few particularly large things that my Santa Fe certainly could not handle lol). They were brought in and when we stopped back in later that week they were priced and displayed on the floor and looked great!! We were able to watch the items in an account and then received our portion thru direct deposit every month as our items sold. We have been helping my parents downsize too so we consigned their things as well and this was the easiest way for us to do it. Also just wanted to recognize the manager Chase for being super helpful, thorough, and just going above and beyond for us as we went thru the process. Highly highly recommend!!”

“I see stopped in today because their Instagram feed is constantly updated with beautiful things, but also recently they've been sharing some of their fall and Halloween goodies. On my way back to Chicago from Madison I was trying to make it in time to stop here and see what goodies I might want. I did indeed leave with some things and can't wait to put them up come October! But the best part was chatting with the shopkeeper. Lorraine is a gem! I spent more time chatting with her than shopping (I was able to pick out what I wanted straightaway!). Luckily there was no one else in the shop whilst I was there and I didn't keep her too long since I left at 5:00 exactly (quitting time). I will 100% be back because they have too many beautiful things that I want in my house.”
“I always find what I need at Hobby Lobby. Recently, it saved me from failing to deliver a promised project. I wood burn by hand custom art onto wood. A family member requested a sign for their wedding and reception. The cork board I wanted to use turned out to be a terrible idea because my pattern wasn't transferring clearly... so I needed a new plan and fast. I found a 'tombstone' shaped piece of wood with a convenient kickstand that was the perfect size for my project (I needed larger than 18x24 and the wood was about 20x30.)While the wood itself was not ideal for a clean burn line and was also extremely temperature sensitive, I still managed to finish the project. I feel satisfied with the results because beggars can't be choosers, and it still turned out beautifully. Even though Amazon could've delivered a more ideal wood, for artist wood burning, the same day, nothing compares to Hobby Lobby's project oriented products and being able to see and touch in person. Precut, pre-assembled, in various sizes, and even before the sale price, I felt it was reasonably priced at $25-ish. There were so many awesome things in the aisle that I bought a few more items for future projects.Side note, for people looking to start a hobby, this is a great place to pick up starter items for a fair price. This is where I purchased my first wood-burning tool before I graduated to a more expensive tool. I was pleased to see that since I started burning, Hobby Lobby has expanded their tool selection and now carries a variety of tools for levels of skill/project needs.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

Staff was helpful in helping me find some fun lighting and...it was on sale. They are still changing out for Christmas. And what christmas stuff is left is all 90% percent off! “I love Arhaus!We are currently furniture shopping for almost our entire house. Our first stop for furniture shopping is always Arhaus. The representatives are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions. However, we definitely have a favorite Sales Rep at this Arhaus S.Barrington location - Her name is Rissa! She has helped us with designing our space and measurements; displayed how all the furniture will fit in our house etc... We bought our family room (custom order) and dining room furniture from this location along with some lighting; and are strongly considering buying more to add to our delivery! Also, delivery times for custom orders are better than most other places, most items were 12weeks and under. I mean how can you NOT like Arhaus?! However, are they Pricey?? YES, but we're willing to spend for quality sturdy (real) furniture.”
“I found a “Rock N roll” John Lennon record at this antique shop – it's awesome! The store had a cool vibe with lots of old stuff. The people working there were really nice. There's a bunch of jewelry, home decor, and really pretty old things. It's like taking a stroll through a museum in there! The antique shop is not just a store; it's a cool place to wander around. So many interesting things to check out, like walking through a blast from the past.”

“I ordered a vanity table & velvet chair from here and it was exactly as pictured. The table is the perfect size for my small bedroom, and the velvet, studded chair looks so cute with it! (the table actually came with a stool I just wanted something more comfortable)...Parts of the vanity table were a little harder to assemble than I expected though, so I took 1 star off for that.”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”
“They have the best design team! One of the benefits of shopping with Arhus included a in home consultation and complimentary design service. Using this free service helped me beyond measure! I loved seeing the design layout plan. It made designing the interior of my home everything its should be. Exciting, Creative and Fun. Some of the layout design I stuck with and some I changed. The team was flexable and patient with me always...They helped bring my home to life. Shopping in store is also very nice! Lots of floor sample sales! If you like to be inspired and not harrassed by a sales team with a tone of introductions and questions the second you walk in the door you will appreciate the enviorment. The staff is always helpful when approached & always welcoming to me. There creativity is a such a vibe. I appreciate them and all they do.”

“The store had nicely priced items and such a variety of everything you could think of. Wish they had more refinished furniture items but I understand how people bring items in to be refinished. Really a neat place to look around tho.”
