I know that people in general tend to review places more when they have something negative to say, so I always try to write a review when something positive happens as well. I visited this CVS location this week and bought a few items. I have to comment on the cashier that took care of me. His name was Mark. He was so friendly and had such a positive, upbeat attitude. They're very lucky to have him! Our interaction was short, but he was very pleasant and I just wanted to write a quick review to let them know what a great job he's doing!

Nice place. Nice people.By the way, the Pokemon card packs are on the display rack behind the checkout counter. You have to ask the cashier for them if you want to purchase.If you don't ask, you'll probably miss it.

Worst CVS. Pharmacy is never open the hours suck and even during business hours pharmacy is always closed what is going on at this CVS very unreliable

Normally there is a woman here who is always very helpful. Today was a rude man, Tahoor, who was very short with me anytime he interacted with me. He first told me my prescription was not in the system so then I showed him the text and he said okay let me check and wahlah there was a prescriptionThen I gave him a coupon info and he tried to overcharge me 46 dollars vs the coupon price for 17.

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. The Pharmacy is HORRENDOUS! Used to be OK but CONSTANT staff turnover and if you look at employee reviews you can see part of the problem horrible uncaring place to work. They hire people that can barely speak English and are constantly out of medications or text you to say your prescription is ready but when you go there its not. I could go on forever-just AWFUL!

During a violent bout of diverticulitis, my husband took me home after my doctor's visit so that he could pick my antibiotics. He picked them up,, came home, realized they forgot one. went back after being told one of my meds was being filled, he waited another 30 minutes and then was told we are out of Cipro.we left Walgreens for this? Come on.

I've been going to this CVS for 3 years now. The pharmacy team, Jay, Rimpal, Faun, everyone has been above and beyond what I expected. With a number of serious health issues they were the most helpful and genuinely caring pharmacy team I've ever encountered. Very blessed to have had them in my worst times.

I have used CVS for 20 years in various states. This has been the most disappointing by far. Several times we have gone to pick up a prescription only to be told that one or more aren't in stock and they have to be ordered. This is several days after the prescription is submitted, but they take no action. Frequently refills are overlooked and require multiple calls or visits to get the prescription filled. They are so busy that getting someone to answer a call in the pharmacy almost never happens. Save yourself time and frustration and visit a different pharmacy for your families prescription needs.

don't bother going here for COVID testing. The 3rd party they use does not have their stuff together. Huge mess getting results back to you for your child. Entering information incorrectly. Not giving you any paperwork at time of test or anything. Super difficult to talk to ANYONE. Call the store, they cycle you through a bunch of automated responses and you have to sit through the WHOLE thing before you can choose an option. Finally had to call the store and tell the machine I wanted information about store stock, then ask for a STORE manager, who had to go to the minute clinic and ask them why they were just ignoring the phone calls. Spent 3 hours of my weekend just trying to get results. Recommend going to Walgreens for testing or anywhere else really. Was very simple there and they gave you documentation for each step of the process.

Unbelievable customer service, James was extremely helpful, when I asked for help he stopped what he was doing and was able to find everything I was looking for, never came across as frustrated, and struck up a great conversation with me while he helped out. Great young man you got there! Comfortable experience as always!

Ever since a few employees left about a year ago, I've stopped coming here, I thought I'd pop in because I needed something on my way home, lots of things missing from the shelves but to my surprise, James was back. I couldn't be happier to see his face again, he always makes me smile and feel welcomed. Will be returning!

I called this store two times today, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Each time I was on hold for more than 20 minutes for each call. This is totally unacceptable and incompetent service. I would gladly switch to Walgreens but me Insurance Company won’t recognize Walgreens.
