Banking services are excellent, however, I dropped my business checking because they want to charge a monthly fee of $25/month and now they are doing the same with personal checking. Therefore, I'm cancelling my personal checking too. It's too bad because I've been with them from the beginning. There are plenty of checking with Zero service fees out there. If you are rich Chase charges zero. If you are poor they charge you service fees. Hey Chase management, you have this backwards! No need to be so greedy.

So was in this branch and they said is no manager ( Michelle) here today on the worker day Wednesday and then they just say try other branch may be they can help u to solve the issueBut cant understand still reason why i should waste my time and gas to go in other branchIf u don’t have qualified specialist how u can be a good bank and ask people to use ur bank ?-10*

Always have a problem with my employees cashing checks due to the fact that they are Hispanic. Very sad to see this still in 2022.

I remember walking in here, a spry young 17 year old Knick, freshly betrayed from TCF bank in the Jewel. They had told me I couldn't close my account because it was a custodial account and I needed my custodian to close it with me. Semantics. I've never used this branch and had an issue. Last time I was in here, I had to have them fax something to Chase card services to help my grandmother pay her bills. They were super helpful! Loved how easy it has been storing my money here for the past 10+ years.

I have been living in Cary for now 5 years. And let me tell you this bank goes above and beyond to make you aware of accounts and helps you understand your risks. Crystal the bank manager has been one of the most helpful people, who is so compassionate and willing to help figure out solutions. Dealt with a matter from lake in the hills CHASE and let me tell you they messed up pretty bad with my money- MONEY. and Crystal "fixed" it. So grateful for a bank that is helpful and understanding. Thank You!

If I could leave 0 I would. Extremely unhelpful during the pandemic. The lady I had on the phone put me on hold 2 times, once without letting me know, I understand times are tough but it was exceedingly disrespectful and absolutely nothing was accomplished or even offered to help me with my questions.

Wow!!!! I just opened a business account for our new nonprofit, Horses for Humanity. Josh Allen is AMAZING!! He was so good at walking me through the process, explaining features, and setting up the account. I am very grateful to have met with such a knowledgeable guy!! PS - if you are military / military spouse you can get lots of free services at Chase, too!

Branch Manager Crystal was extremely rude to me on the phone talking over me and just extremely disrespectful I do not recommend working with this woman at all stay clear at all times she doesn't belong working here or being a manager
