Carol has been my groomer for a couple of years. I have 3 Yorkie girls Khloe', Frankie (she recently passed away) and Paisley. They love going for their spa days and they always look fabulous when I pick them up!! Carol really goes that extra mile especially when I have special requests. My girls come home completely exhausted so I know that they had a great day!! I wouldn't trust my girls with anyone else. Carol is a part of our family ???

Very disappointed with our service at Carols. My dog Daisy came home bleeding from her paw and had a dried blood stain on her chest. I contacted her immediately after I got home and sent her pictures asking what had happened to Daisy. She never responded. I also had explained to her that my dog Caesar could not walk due to his bad legs/hips and she made him walk up and down her basement stairs rather than carry him. Both dogs came home shaking and very worked up from their grooming experience. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I was looking for a new groomer after the last one hurt my dog, and didn't tell me. I received a list of groomers in the area, and Carol's info was on it. So I called her, and a week later I brought our Yorkie for his first haircut, and I couldn't have been more pleased. He looked so cute! Not to mention she allowed me to come into her house, see where she does the grooming, and she even let my daughter pick out a bow for our dog. She really is such a wonderful lady, and so friendly. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a groomer!

We love Carol. Toby, our Wheaten Terrier, loves going and getting groomed! She's patient and a true animal lover. Toby always come back looking great. We highly recommend Carol's Pet Pawlour.
