“Had an issue with my brakes on a Sunday so we called here since it was one of only a couple places open. We were told they couldn't guarantee they’d be able to look at it until Wednesday bc they were so busy but if we were able to drop it off they could check it out if they ended up having any downtime. Got a call Monday morning telling me what the problem was & how much it would be to fix it. I was able to pick up my car by Monday afternoon! They also had vacuumed the inside which was much appreciated. I will be bringing my car here for any maintenance from now on!”
“I took my car in to be detailed and it looks absolutely amazing!! Inside and out. My 80 pound dog rides in the back seat so as you can imagine it gets pretty dirty. They made my car look like new! “They aren't as consistent as I would like to see them with applications of wheel cleaner the wheels always come out of the wash still dirty even with the high pressure wash or the ultra wash package. So as a "Detailer by trade" if they could add an extra step in there presoaking faze or initial stage have someone apply wheel acid or some sort of deep cleaning agent to ensure the wheels are cleaned and Brightened during the process not struggling after the fact.ButC.S.Reps are eager and willing to hel.Wash is an 7 out of 10Vacuum is an 8 out of 10Air Nozzle ( blower ) 8 out of 10Floor Mat station 9 out of 10Overall Grade is 8.5”
“Excellent car wash! I did not even know about this place until I was at the dealer getting service for my Porsche. I am very particular about where I wash my car but decided to give it a try and was very impressed. Since the car wash is brand new they use the latest technology and brushes so there was no scratches or swirls on the paint. If I didn’t live so far away I would be coming here a lot more often.”

Besides doing a really nice job at a reasonable price, they stand behind their service and take care of the customer if there is a problem. “FINALLY! A CIRCLE K THAT WILL ACCEPT SAMSUNG PAY!!!! I stop here every morning on my way into work, and the representatives that helped me here are generally very friendly. Today was definitely not an exception to that! I walk in, like I normally do, grab my dew & polar pop and go up to the counter, I asked the rep working "Since you guys are asking for the last 4 digits of the card #, and I HAVE the last 4#'s can you accept Samsung pay?" He tells me that he has had people in the past try, but I could definitely try again. His words were "it doesn't hurt to try does it?" & I LOVED that! It totally worked and I was able to explain to him how. other customers and try to use Apple pay and Google pay but unfortunately the technology that they use is not accepted by circle k. Samsung pay has the technology to send the information through the magnetic strip reader so that is how it's able to be accepted. Seriously made my day!!! I will easily be back to this location whenever I can!”

“In the middle of a long road trip my poor car was the dirtiest it's ever been inside and out. I was given a $20 off coupon for a wash and carnauba wax at Wauconda Car Wash so I brought it in. They did an amazing job with it -- the guys doing the wax job didn't rush through it and worked as if it was their own car they were waxing. My car looks showroom clean and it feels sooo much better to be driving a clean car again!”

One of them has a broken air blower machine, the other has a broken polishing brush, etc.”
