They messed up and put a pre pay on a pump I was already using and owner comes out angry saying I owe him $10 cause because they messed up. No apology, bad attitude, bad service. I was gonna put in $50 to fill my car. He lost money over nothing. Go to marathon, first and last time there only went because it was on my way home.

Been coming here for years with no issues. Great welcoming staff up til today. Went to buy a after school snack for my son. Went to pay and the new women up front rang me up with a price not matching what was advertised. I informed her and she said I was wrong and wouldnt come look at the sticker then told me not to tell at her when I explained she cannot charge me more than what they advertise. Called the guy in back up and he argued and ripped the sticker off. Were talking about .24 cents from a customer who has been going there for 20 years. Its not about the .24 cents its the fact how rude and dismissive they were to their regulars. They dont value the customers m or than .24 cents. Joke.

Decent car wash and a guy who dries vehicles for tips at the end but easily the SLOWEST car wash in the area.

I went to the car wash and I was going to pay the guy to dry my car off and he refused because last time I had no extra money and he said I, never gave him money and I never asked for my car to be dried last time he stopped me, I told him I didn't have extra cash so when I came the second time I had money to tip him and he refused to dry my car I had to pay for a auto shop part place for towels and all because he held a grudge so I highly don't recommend this wash

I entered the establishment wearing the mandatory face covering as required. When I noticed that the customer at the counter was not wearing one, and everyone was at least 6 feet apart. So I removed my bandanna ( all created equal right?) No when I was questioned by the clerk and responded asking about the previous customer being mask free the clerk became belligerent. Yelling to get out of his store and was going to call the police. Clear violations of my civil liberties put in place 250 years ago in the declaration of Independence.... This is still America right?

Today is 16 deg F. Car wash is open and I give it a shot. It was my first time at this station. The first surprise it is touchless! That's great! The second surprise there is a guy who dries your car by hand! In that weather! My respect! He did a good job! I'll be back!

Car wash is an absolute waste of money. I went there and it ran out of detergent midway through the wash, when I confronted the attendant he was rude and stated it wasn't his problem. The clerk at the station issued a code for a new wash which I got the next day and you couldn't even tell it was washed. And it's not like it was covered in mud it was just surface dirt. Save your money and go to the Cary Car Wash down the street next to Thornton's.

Got a car wash and gas. I think the car wash assistant got scared of my car. LOL. As soon as I was drove out of the blow dryer area he left. I'm pretty sure he saw me but he just didn't want to dry my car. I parked just to see if he would come back and notice that my car was still wet. But nothing. As soon as I was leaving he magically came back to wait on someone else. I will never return to this gas station. Bad service on this guy's part.

Jimmy the manager is the best, always friendly, always has a smile on his face. I forgot my wallet to pay for gas once and they let me leave without paying, I returned later in the day after work to square up with the place, they have good people there.

Car Wash didn't complete the job and left about it 10% of snow on my car with soap on it. Attendant was rude and didn't care. Said we are not responsible for removing snow, because our system is touchless. Nowhere was this disclosed at the car wash. How anyone can justify a car wash for not cleaning a car is beyond me. He refused to let my car through the car wash again. Won't be coming back here. Bob, the owner was not in, and this poor customer service was handled by one of his employees.
