BMO as a bank is middle of the road as far as options and services offered. However, the Cary IL branch (on W Main St) was fantastic to deal with; knowledgeable, patient, upfront and very personable people. I want to single out Joanna W and especially branch manager Lori R for their excellent service, follow-through, and attention to detail. Thank You, ladies, for all your help.

The entire staff was very freindly. I was especially impressed with the awesome service I received from Pranjli P. She renewed my faith that great customer service is not completely dead in America. Kudos to management for developing such a great culture and customer experience.

Tha fact that they pretend to know and care about the customers creates a false sense of security making it even more disappointing when mistakes are made.
I have had the displeasure of meeting with multiple bankers and the level of competency seems low... this is NOT a full service bank. BmO Bankers are just financial services sales reps and nothing more.
Poorly trained employees, which after speaking on the phone with customer service seems to be the standard throughout the organization.

Horrible customer service when it comes to paying real estate taxes. I was told if I didn’t like showing an I D and having to come inside versus going thru the drive up that I should feel free to drive to Woodstock to pay.
