This towing company was sent out by AAA to tow my vehicle to my mechanic. They called me at 9:18pm and said they would be at my location in 40 minutes and to leave the keys in the floorboard. They did not show up until 2:30am. The driver left the truck on the side of the road, didn’t even try to back it in to grab my vehicle, got into my vehicle and tried to start it (which is why we needed the tow in the first place), when it didn’t start he got back into his vehicle after arriving over 6 hours late and just…. Left. Just drove away. No phone call. Nothing. This is by far the worst experience I could have possibly had with this company.Service: Car towing

I was assigned this company for a tow by my AAA service, they forgot about me for 1.5 hours and couldn't get anyone out for another hour plus. I would highly recommend a different towing service.The gentleman who did assist me was quite knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my car towed to Firestone because of the fuel filter was bad. After the tow they mess up my racking pinion.. I just had my rack replaced almost a year ago. They won't assume responsibility.. please use a qualified tow service if you value your car. Oh if you go thru AAA tell the representative you want a different tow service...

Ken was a life saver! My bike just died late one night on the way home after 19 years of trouble free service. The truck showed up so quickly I could hardly believe it. It is a very special bike and Ken really made sure it was strapped down just right and even made a couple stops along the way to double check it. I could not be happier with the service and am glad to recommend this outfit!Service: Motorcycle towing

The gentleman who helped me was polite and went above and beyond. He did more then just tow and go. He moved my toolbox and even made sure it was fully in place before he left. I would recommend A+ to anyone who needs a tow of any kind.

I had a flat tire that needed to be changed and the joints just wouldn't let me do it. The man from A+ Towing simply couldn't be beat! He was so prepared with his own jack, and even had a power inflator to inflate my spare which was low in air. The service tech had a great response time and a good spirit about himself. One of the best companies I've seen.

The worst service I've ever had. AAA used them to help get my daughter's car from a ditch. They told me an hour. Not once did they call to give me a status update. I had to call for them myself. Driver never showed up. Thank God for the generous man just driving by (45 minutes after they said they'd be there) or I may have been there all day. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!
