“I went shopping at the H.S. in Carbondale, Illinois... The two customer service reps were awesome! Courteous, Polite and not too over-bearing..I was interested in a Really Cool Hoodie, and the only one was at the top display shelf, accessable only using a 10 ft latter... I honestly thought is was too much for the young lady to go through the hassle. So, even sheet l after telling her not to worry about it, she went completely above and beyond! I bought the hoodie, and a couple winter hats! All 50% off! You guys are good!!!”

I was able to get my travel trailer to them, and they replaced my spring in less than an hour and saved our cross-country trip. They were fast, courteous, and great hosts to my family as we waited for the repairs. Would definitely do more business with them if I was in the area.”
