Employees were very helpful, if she didn't know the answer to my question she actually found the answers. Sometimes you just get a clueless look from a lot of employees, not this one. I can be pretty difficult at times I will ask a question that I already know the answer but I just want to find out how far an employee will go to come up with the correct answer or if they will just try to get rid of me with some b.s. because they would rather do nothing. I have worked customer service for probably at least 45 years from the management side of it, and I expect them to at least try. This employee did a spectacular job.
