A little over two years ago I signed up at this gym. It was great!! People were friendly and it's super convenient if you needed a 24hr place without the ridiculous fees. Really close to where I work and all.

24 hour gym access. Clean. Passionate trainers.Definite bookkeeping issues.Politely brought issues to the owners attention. The first time he complained about his bookkeeper in JC. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time I brought it to the owners attention I was met with hostility. Some refunds were made. I was told my attitude sucked.I saw unusual activity on my banking account again and contacted the owner. I was met with hostility. Cursing. Told me that Wells Fargo (my bank) sucked. Accused me of calling him a crook and I don't know what else. (Which I didnt, I only expressed concerned about the unusual activity on my bank account from his business.)Instead of wasting any more time or subjecting myself to the behavior, I just contacted my bank and let them handle the entire thing.Cool gym. Poor customer service. Would definitely suggest investing in a better billing system. I have spoke to several other prior members who had similar issues.

Great place, not like any other gym in Southern Illinois. Brent & Melissa truly care about each and every member of the gym. They are very friendly and welcoming. If you are apart of this gym you know how special it is and that you are more than clients but apart of a family. They go above and beyond for their clients. I have trained with Melissa off and on for over a year and she is very motivating and patient. She always checks on me the next day to see how I’m feeling or if I have any questions. I look forward to my sessions with her and always leave feeling physically and emotionally better. Thank you guys for all that you do for your members and clients.
