$19.95 First month rent.We answer the phone every day but Sunday 9am to 5pm. You can move in on line with no contact. Pay on line. No administration fee. We sell disc locks for $4.95 plus tax. Fences topped with barbed wire, electronic gates, cameras and motion detectors. Check your lock 3 times a week, that is 3 times more than everybody else.

There was finally someone in the office to take my payment. Usually, I have to wait for someone to come to the office because they're doing something else on the property. When I get tired of waiting, I have to put my payment in the Dropbox.

Great security, polite people, plenty of lighting at night, has the only alarms in the area. No homeless people like some of the other places have living there.
