Walmart Supercenter is a good store with everything and a place where customers do not have too many bad experiences. The employees take care of the customers as best they can and some of the prices just can't be beat. The store is clean and pretty well stocked, even on a Saturday afternoon, with almost all registers going. Customers can order fresh groceries online where Walmart+ members get free same day delivery and can order as often as they want for free. Pickup is free with no mark-ups and the same low prices as in-store. Services include Express Pickup for a low fee, SNAP EBT cards accepted, and an Express Pickup available for a low fee. Shoppers can stock up on all favorite groceries online, shop organic produce, and enjoy a Freshness Guarantee. They can choose a pickup time that works for them, as Walmart's trained associates hand pick the groceries. For extra convenience, the Walmart Grocery app can be downloaded. The app notifies when an order is ready and allows customers to check in before heading to the store so the order is waiting. Associates bring the groceries to the car and load them. However, some negative experiences are noted. Some associates are not happy to work there, appearing in a bad mood with long faces and not making customers feel welcome. There are occasional frustrations with pricing, such as clearance tags not being honored at the register, leading to disappointment. The store sometimes lists items online as in stock that are not available in the store. Occasionally, cold food items are found randomly strewn about the store.
One of the best Walmarts in this area. The community is clean and safe, the store is very well stocked. Most all staff are friendly and helpful. The volume of self checkouts speak for the safety and community trust here.
