I am truly disappointed and disheartened by my recent experience at this Walgreens location. The staff's behavior was not just unprofessional but also shockingly condescending and rude. When I sought assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of empathy or willingness to help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the values that Walgreens claims to uphold.

I’m better off shopping at Walmart or Target, always when in need to purchase medicine, I always regret stepping foot into this specific location when I do so, there is one employee with the name of Maricela always so rude, and when is needed to ask a question regarding merchandise or my over-the-counter items either she doesn't know or starts getting loud. I asked then why is this location open if I couldn’t even ask a simple question without getting an attitude from the employee. it’s not my first encounter with this person and I hate coming here and placing negative feedback on a certain person, But this is ridiculous close this store and do this community a favor.

It's clean, and staff is attentive. As all pharmacies, hit or miss no matter what time you go. Never will give a 5 as all these stores are contributing to the over pricing of all goods.

*RACIST*Beware in pharmacy department. Have racist employees who make fun of their customers who can’t speak perfect English. Carpentersville is a big Hispanic community can’t believe they tolerate this kind of behavior. When asked if someone spoke Spanish, her response was ‘absolutely not’. Looking to escalate this they forgot phone calls are recorded. Next time hang up the phone clowns

Get your prescription ready months in advance so they have the medicine. Oh, and don't bother explaining anything, no one will make note.

The absolute worst. Currently on hold AGAIN after trying to get through 8 times. I have been at this for 2.5 hours. I can't believe the pharmacy AND STORE do not answer their phone! These people are responsible for prescriptions that people rely on. Unacceptable. I will be changing pharmacies.

I had the best experienc with a pharmacist named Jennifer. She helped me the whole time understood my situation and helped me the best she could. This was honestly the most nicest experience I ever had from a pharmacy.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service. They refused to take me 2 mins after 5 just to pick up my dads prescription. Okay fine. Then the guy on the phone reassured me that the location on Larkin would be able to transfer all My prescriptions over. I called the Larkin location and the one medication we needed most could not be transferred. The guy at the pharmacy clearly said EVERYTHING could be transferred. He failed to mention that there were some exceptions. Either he didn’t know what he was talking about or was in a hurry to leave work but failed to do his job well. Unfortunately, the medication we needed most was the one they can’t transfer and my family will just have to figure it out tonight. Pharmacy please make sure to have knowledgeable staff working in your pharmacies. Clearly a customer’s health is nothing to be careless about.

is supposed to be for. vaccines. of covid. no appointment is necessary. I am here for more than an hour waiting but the person who attended me was very rude. that only attended with appointment. that it was a polisa but there they have a sign that says no place. and still me. They left waiting today for me to tire out my commitments to be able to arrive on time. and they could not attend me that only with schedule
