Gives inaccurate times for pick up. Had surgeyand called ahead for medication. They said come in 1 hour, my wife waited 2 hours and it still wasn't ready. They also send me the wrong count of pills then told me my Insurance wouldn't pay for a refill so soon.

Picked up 3 prescriptions out of 4 the dr sent. The Pharmacist told me on the window they were waiting for authorization from the dr but could give me something else. I said I’ll wait, I was confused as I got home I got a message that 4th prescription was ready for pick up. I called to verify what was happening after putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. I spoke to the pharmacist and she stated at the moment I picked up they only had 1 month supply and they were waiting for authorization for 90 days because she said I preferred that. WTH I have never stated that. Makes no sense that the doctor will prescribe for 30 days and I request for 90 days. This is why there is opioids addiction Walgreens pharmacist doing.I literally asked her… so you are saying if the doctor prescribes narcotics for 30 days, you don’t fill the prescription until the Dr changes it to 90 day supply because “I prefer 90 days supply” when did I signed something saying I want all my prescriptions in 90 days supplies. That lady is a complete idiot, she rushes through the window, does not explain right, wasted my time, now I have to drive back to the pharmacy. I feel so sick to be dealing with nonsense from the pharmacy.

Do not trust that Pharmacy, it happened to me in a couple of opportunities, they say that the medicine will be ready in 30 minutes, they make you wait up to 40 minutes and then say that the person in charge of preparing your medicine is not there and your medicine will be ready until After 1 more hour instead of giving the correct information from the beginning to decide whether to leave or wait. In my opinion, it is a bad service. I hope that after this they will be more serious and respect the time of the patients and the client. which is also valid

For general purposes, 3-4 stars. This review is for the Pharmacy. In short DON'T USE THEM. While this was the initial store, Walgreen's business practices in general are broken beyond belief. I apparently have the flu and was prescribed Tamiflu. This needs to be taken within 48 hrs for effectiveness. They were out...OK... but instead of just giving me a list of locations that have it (almost all did except for this one), they leave me a message that it should be back in stock in a FEW DAYS. Way outside the window of effectiveness. As a Pharmacy, they MUST know this and not all patients might; thus potentially endangering their well-being. Completely unacceptable I would hope by any standards. The message went on if you need it sooner -duh- to call which led to an hour long phone goose chase of person after person transferring me. The app also was broken. Confirmed availability at another location but the app says I can't pick up until the morning...so it takes you over 17 hours to prepare a tablet prescription and again too late!!!! This should be at the speed of the internet and quite frankly I should be able to just walk in and have it prepared on the spot.Last time I put my trust in Walgreens was for a Covid Booster. Made an appointment. Arrived on time only to find that even though I had a confirmed reservation for the location, they are aren't even open at that time!! I took off work for this THANKS!!!!I won't make these mistakes again. Meijer Pharmacy made this seamless. Next time I will just start with them. Actually solved the issue before Walgreens even managed to pick up for the third time. No wonder the phone queues are so long when who should be a five year college degreed pharmacist answering the phone can't resolve even basic issues on the first try. Scary that they are mixing your prescriptions. For an interesting read try Googling "Walgreens prescription errors".Walgreens you should be ashamed! If not, there are even more things wrong!!! You have today's nomination for the Corporate Darwin Awards.

Needs more pharmacy staff. Always a long wait on the phone and moderate wait in person even though the staff is always busy and moving around.

Slowest pharmacy on planet earth. They are terribly slow. Drive through is beyond slow. Inside is no better. Just bad!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have learned that when I call the pharmacy and need to talk to a human, I have to call on 2 or 3 different phones. This is because of the way they handle phone calls. An example is what happened today. I called from my phone and the automated system stated that I was the next caller. But then a person picked up the phone, put me back on hold, and hung up again. I started paying attention to the time. Every three minutes the music would stop and the phone would ring again. A person would pick up the phone, put me back on hold, and hang up the phone again. So I picked up my son’s phone and called the pharmacy from his phone while staying on hold on my phone.Calling from my son’s phone, the pharmacist answered within two minutes. I looked at my phone and I had been on hold for more than 12 minutes. I explained this to the pharmacist and told her that when people treat their customers this way, it is rude, and they are sending the message that their time is more important than their customers’ time. The pharmacist’s response was to tell me that they’re very busy. I explain to her that that is not an excuse for repeatedly, picking up the phone, putting it back on, hold, and hanging up again, forgetting about the person they’re leaving on hold.I looked at my phone again and explained to the pharmacist that I am still on hold on my phone for 15 minutes now, while I’m talking to her on my son’s phone after being on hold for just a couple of minutes. This policy of them repeatedly putting people on hold is rude and sends the impression that their time is more important than their customers’ time. The pharmacist again just stated that they’re very busy and shorthanded. She did not care at all about what I was saying.***In the past, this pharmacy has lost my filled prescription and told me to come back in three hours to give them time to find it. They have given me the wrong count of medication in my prescription, given me wrong information about when prescriptions can be refilled, and a whole host of other crazy mishaps that should never happen when we’re talking about some thing as important as medication. This pharmacy is a joke, and it is run by inept people who don’t know how to do their jobs and are rude and just plain awful people.

Worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. Staff are slow, wait times extremely long. Prescriptions take forever to refill. Doctors send in Rx's and they don't even bother to fill them. You'll spend 20 minutes on hold. I cannot think of a single good thing to say about this location. Never returning, that's for sure.

Don’t believe the times they say a pick up is available. They are so short staffed don’t come to pick anything up without calling, but you may need to wait for them to answer the phone.

Needed a Covid PCR test that is dated 48 hrs or less for travel, ts now over 24 hours later and the lab says they don't even have the sample. I would definitely not use them again for this purpose.

I don't really shop at Walgreens often. But I needed to grab some gaterade & the ease of ordering online and then doing curbside pickup was fantastic. My order was ready within minutes. Appreciated!
