Absolute worst post office. Inconsistent deliveries, driver not delivering packages that say out for delivery and you get them days later. Absolute joke. Damaging packages all the time. Use UPS or Fedex

Avoid this location at all cost rude African American lady forgot to scan my package because she was to busy gossiping with her friend on the phone to pay attention to her job . Zero professionalism and consideration for customers. Never again ?

None of staff there is willing to help, I'm waiting for 2 packages, they both showed being hold on loval post office for over a week, when I went there to ask for my packages I been told that my tracking is not correct/complete and they don't have any package for me. Lady at front counter was on the phone with friend, didn't even disconnected when talking to me or other clients, chatting with frien over her phone was more important that work she is doing. Stay away from this station and from USPS at all. Zero respect for customers and their businesses

Horrible experience.I went to carpenterville usps to deliver a box. Manager says I have to buy box from him then only he will scan and send my parcel. This is so pathetic never faced this type of service elsewhere. I want an immediate response to it. Hope he is an educated person who has sat their for service and not for profit.hope he is paid worst experience ever.
