This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a UPS Store. Normally the energy I feel when I walk in is negative, crazed, low. When I walked in today Kyle greeted us with a big smile and was friendly. Kyle was able to help us overcome a few obstacles and get my paintings packed and shipped. I was at the FedEx store just prior and they did nothing to earn my business. Kyle did and he deserves a lot of credit for having that kind of get stuff done attitude!

Called to see if I could get something notarized. Only had an automated message. Drove all the way there to be told they are at their other location today in Algonquin. Don't trust automated messages.

I loved this office in particular. There is a girl who works in the mornings and is super prepared; The best thing is that he speaks Spanish and we managed to resolve our problem quickly.

Fast, reliable service. Most of the cashiers that I have worked with, have been pleasant. Johnnay was a particular pleasure to deal with. :)

This store charges $3.25 to print a shipping label, that is the only one I've ever been to that does that. I won't be coming back.

Sent back an Amazon return on 7/13 with a tracking number & somehow it’s lost. How do you lose 2 packages with a tracking number?! Amazon won’t credit a DVD till they have it, so I am out $14.99! Will never use this store again. Thankfully it wasn’t a big loss!

This was my first and LAST time ever shipping through UPS. This store solely is the reason I will never be shipping with this company again! I paid almost $100 to have my package expedited to and from out of state. The store associate put the wrong label on my package and instead of it shipping to DE it was delivered to my home the next day. Even after letting her know this was a time sensitive document she still didn’t pay enough attention and sent my package the wrong way. I came in the store the very next day and she literally couldn’t even look at me and apologize. No remorse or anything from her. She needs to be fired for being so incompetent like that and not even owning up to her mistake. I’ve complained to the store’s manager and also to corporate and the owner was supposed to reach out to me but I never heard anything from them. Thanks to that incompetent employee I missed out on a $300 passport appointment that UPS won’t refund me for. So if you need a package expedited DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STORE NOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGES AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE!!!
