“I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka “ Little White Tiger” ??My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick’s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ?) funny guy by the way ….which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk …. He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price …. For good service, it’s worth the drive …. Last week my E350 was leaking brake fluid. “I was stranded off the highway with my splash guard peeling away and was unable to safely travel. I called Dino and he was honest about both the status of my vehicle's safety and his capabilities to assist, and pushed for me to slowly drive over for him to look at. He quickly assessed and pulled the car back to take care of the dangerous guard on the road, wished me well, and declined any form of payment despite the work! Having worked in the automotive industry, it's rare to still see an auto shop owner that is straightforward and willing to help no matter the scenario. “I was so much sad about what happened to my Acura MDX. I made an assumption that the transmission is dead and gone. So I requested for a towing service to get it dropped to Carmax. However, the towing service asked me what happened to my suv. His name is John. He said, I don't think it's a transmission issue. He introduced Rob to me and told me that he's a very good person. So we went to Rob's Automotive instead of CARMAX, LOL. After a day, I got a call from Rob and he told me that the axle is broken and it's cut in half. The next day, I got my car! I brought him my 911 turbo and needed ALOT fixed, the engine had to come out along with a dozen other items.
