Happy with the customer service and the quality of the service. When I am paying for a child's haircut 24$ and it is showing suggested tip amount of 7$ or 9$, I am more likely to click "no tip" rather than the other two. For haircuts reasonable tip amount is 15 - 20%. There should be a 5$ button, without having to click a custom tip and enter the amount. With lower suggested tip amount almost everyone will leave a tip to the hairdresser. Unfortunately with such highly suggested tip amount, people would rather not tip.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Love sports clips, usually go to the Arlington heights location. First time at this location. Brandi was my hair stylist. Was extremely rude from the beginning, started by shaving a big line instead of talking and figuring out what I wanted. Ended up messed up my hair, when I asked for advice on if I should use gel to help fix a part that she messed up on the haircut she said she "Doesn't do perfection and good luck looking elsewhere" that left a horrible taste. I will be driving all the way to Arlington heights Monday for a experience WORTH the money and to fix the mess she made of my hair.

Really cool spot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and got my haircut right away. I believe the person that cut my hair her name is Brittany and she’s great at cutting hair and does exactly what you ask for. Everyone there was nice and seemed to enjoy doing what they do.

My son came home with the worst hair cut I have seen, uneven all over. I called and spoke with the manager who never apologized and stated they can re surface the cut for free. Will NEVER go back, over priced and terrible service.*My son went in to have his cut corrected, saw the stylist who cut it originally and she asked why are you back and the assistant manager in front of everyone said, "oh he is the one whose Mom called in all mad". his stylist said well I thought it was a good cut then says well I am out of here and left.Extremely unprofessional and now my son had to get his hair chopped rather than just evened out. Brought my 2 year old in and he got hacked. Uneven in the back not cut properly in the front and sides. Very disappointing I should have left when the stylist looked very uncomfortable and shaky. But gave the benefit of the doubt and came out losing. I will not mention the stylist name but a word of an advice. Say no if you can not handle it instead thinking about money. If you are wondering my son barely moved during the haircut.Service: Kids' cuts
