“We decided to start preparing for our future whites tree frogs. I saw this shop was having a sale and wanted to give them a try. I can honestly say I was really surprised. Every single employee I met was helpful, kind, patient and had a smile on their face. I have never been to a shop where I was treated with so much respect. My questions were answered in a professional way instead of me being lectured bullied or talked down to. They were not trying to nickle and dime at all. They didn't push for unnecessary purchases. They were flexible and understanding when we had a slight hiccup with one of the purchases Initially made. Highly recommend. “They had what I wanted but not in the large bag and made no attempt to remedy that issue, very friendly service, lots of stuff. kinda pricey.I did find the bag size I wanted at another store, returned my purchas with no problem. In the good old days they would have made an effort to help me out the first time.Anyway, I will likely go back, adjust to "customer service" as seen today, and make the dog food last longer”

“Great Place! My dog Graley had her first water therapy session with Jessica and it was AMAZING! My dog has never been in a pool and Jessica made her feel so comfortable and safe. Graley LOVED it! I am so excited for Graley's water journey with the puddle. Owner Kathy was amazing, she took the time to help me and discuss a plan for Graley. “I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Because my dog suffers from severe separation anxiety, he doesn't like being put in a crate after grooming. Luckily, Ramona will text me prior to his being done, so he won't have to wait too long. Even though she is always booked, she always finds a way to accommodate my dog! “There's no other place for the best grooming for my dogs than this place. This was initially recommended by a friend, and everything is all fine when it comes to my pet, thanks to all of them. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I go in here for the grooming of my pet. They always make a pet more beautiful than they were. There are a lot of things that are about how good things are. They are really good at their job, like they are so skilled at handling pets and all of that. They also really care for the pets, not only because it is their job, but I can also feel how good they are with the pets. Every pet that I have seen that has just gotten finished grooming here is so nice. I never heard anything negative from the experience of others while using the product. I am just really thankful to them because they always make everything perfect with regards to the pets. “When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”
