I still bring my Explorer to Wickstrom and they continue to do great work. Super nice people and always talk me through the process. They take great care of my car and appreciate how kind they are every time I come in. I typically use Jon in the service department and he’s awesome; super helpful. I recently had Rob as my service advisor and he was great too! Everyone is super helpful.
I did not buy my Ford Explorer through Wickstrom but that hasn’t stopped them from giving me outstanding service. I only take my explorer to Wickstrom thanks to their fantastic service department. I drive over 40 minutes to get my oil changed just so I can have these guys do the work. Austin in the service department has been awesome to work with. I’ve have a few recalls and a repair done and every time he’s kept me in the loop. The facility is clean and so welcoming and everyone is so nice. Hoping my explorer makes it quite a few more years but when I need a new car I’ll definitely be getting one through Wickstrom. Great job guys!”

“I tried Strickland 10 Minute Oil Change because i was disappointed with other companies. Strickland had great reviews so i gave them a try. I didnt have to get out of my car and it really took 10 minutes. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, gave me $5 off, a bottled water and replaced 2 tire air caps at no extra charge. Really nice people. I will be returning!”

Jose and Angel were up front and explained everything to me in great detail. They got my car inspected, sent me videos and pictures of the issues and had my car ready to go within the day. “Found Pit Stop through Groupon and made an appointment. I was taken care of by JD. I suggest you request this guy. Personable, and very very knowledgeable!!! Really gave my car a thorough inspection and alerted me to some potential problems that he discovered. JD is extremely diligent and takes pride in his work. It's a rare thing to find a guy like this these Days. Most other oil change places (and I've been driving for 56 years) do not come near to matching the service and attention to detail that I experienced here. Pit Stop is very lucky to have an employee like JD. This will now be my go-to spot for oil changes!”
