“Over the past 5-6 years, I have visited this UPS store 7 to 9 times per month. The majority of the time, I just make a few self-serve photocopies, but I have also sent a few packages. This store is always busy. Rarely do I visit and there are not two or three people entering as I enter. Customers are handled efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!”

“The associates at this location are very pleasant. I came in with an amazon return but I did not realize it said I needed to pack it. Manager Larry told me he would tape my box this time for me for free but politely advised me for next time to follow the instructions to avoid future charges. I thought it was really kind he took the time to offer me a free service that most places wont (Post office cough cough) as well as help me pay better attention for next time I return more stuff. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and I definitely think he has mastered his customer service skills!! Thanks for your efficiency and your kindness Larry!”

“Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”
