“About 6 months ago, Yish at this 7-Eleven went out of his way to help me during one of my lowest moments. I’ll never forget his kindness. This store is lucky to have him.
I came in during a really rough time, and instead of just ringing me up, he noticed, cared, and made sure I was okay. He went beyond customer service and treated me like a human being, not just a transaction. Yish made sure I had what I needed and even offered me a chance to recharge, in more ways than one. His generosity was more than I ever expected walking into a convenience store.
People like Yish are rare. He saw someone struggling and didn’t look the other way, he went out of his way to help me keep going. Half a year later, I’m still grateful. This store is incredibly fortunate to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”
