I love dollar general but omg the service there is horrible the cashiers are so horrible they dont have respect for the customers one day i whent and the cashier was literally throwing my stuff into the bags i told her can u plese not through my stuff and she just yelled back am not

We just left this location and I will never go there again. The storage totes in the paper on sale for $5 scanned the regular price. The manager told the girl that if it scanned $9.50 then that was the price even though it is the same name and gallon capacity. The girl helping me was apologizing. The manager told her that if it wasn't in the Christmas isle then it wasn't on sale. That was a really ignorant response . First time there and also the last.

Very poor training provided to staff. Cashiers not trained to be polite and to bag items. I had to literally fix the bagging in front of the cashier and she walked away to smoke with another employee. Don't like this store.

The manager is a liar and the biggest Karen I've met out in the wild. She lied about the Dollar General coupon policy and refused to scan a paper coupon if using a store digital coupon. Their policy says store and manufacturer coupons can be combined. Manager however lied and said the policy was changed. Called corporate and no, their policy has not changed. Karen over there just doesn't want people to save a few dollars. Went to another DG and bought my products with no issue. 10/10 would not recommend.
