Very friendly people called to see if they had the phone l wanted and they did want with my husband to get it after we paid for it and left l looked at my bill there was 8 dollars for protection plan the thing is she never asked if l wanted it she just add it to my bill .l take care of my phones so l never get that next time ask the customer if they want it .l would have even them 5 but they got 2 because if that we have been with cricket for a long time

Total waste of my time! The lady that works there told me "just 1 second I will be with you!" I was there for an hour and no one ever attended me. The guy that was working next to her, was just standing their next to her being lazy! Never attended me! I was their to get a new phone and they knew it! But they seem like they didn't care one bit! So I just left that place! Those employees are nothing but lazy and a complete waste of time. Don't ever come to this place to waste an hour of you're time that you will never get back! Thanks for nothing except wasting an hour of my time that I'll never get back!!!!

I stopped in yesterday having an ongoing issue with my phone and I couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong with it. Miguel despite me being angered by the situation helped me solve the issue while keeping a professional demeanor. I was in and out within minutes. I loved how honest he was without trying to upsell me like most places do. Will be returning to this specific location just because of him.

We have been in three times in the past week with questions, help with set-up and finally erasing our old iPhones for resale. We had two VERY professional & personable store reps. BOTH were 5 star ratings in my book.(and I don't give away 5 stars easily) Tyler is a keeper for the success of this business. Alex is a keeper for the success of this business, Bright and helpful. I normally don’t review but this time I have decided to take a few minutes to review my recent visit to this store.First of all, my first impression with the two young employees was pleasant, they seem friendly and in two minutes answered all of my questions regarding price and switching process.Second, they where having some issues with my old carrier blocking my number from being port out to cricket and worked tireless for about an hour till they figured out the problem to make sure I walked out with my devices working 100%.Finally I would like to recommend this place to any one looking for a lower-priced cell phone plan but with a high end service and great customer service.
