This staff (Young guy ) He is rude and disrespectful, their attitude is to do minimal like you're begging for food or something, No costumer skill what so Ever and if you point out the the lack of courtesy is it's the same attitude like I don't care I don't know who the manager is at this store but it's my impression that they hire kids that just fill a spot but they get annoyed if they are talking we interrupted their conversation let me assure you I will not go back there because I'll rather drive to another store even if is further

Made the mistake of giving this dump another chance. Deplorable experience. Hundreds of people waiting in line, carts abandoned due to the waits and people attempting to cut left and right. I don't understand how people shop at these places.

Unfortunately this place is always packed people and with many shelves disorganized. They got rid of the check lanes and replaced them with self checkout lanes.

I bought a bike from this place, and the tire's tubing ripped shortly after buying it for some reason, no seriously I don't know why. I was crossing I72 and the tubing wrapped itself around my tire. Anyways,I took it in to this Walmart hoping to get a refund for the broken tire, but instead got the rudest customer service I've ever seen. The lady at the counter gave us the stink eye as soon as we walked around the corner and it really is difficult to describe but it was like she didn't care about us at all. We explained our problem to her and she got mad at us for not having an explanation to how the tire ripped. She also rolled her eyes multiple times while talking to us. While we were waiting for her to look up our reciept I could tell that she wanted to get us out of her sight. We wanted to exchange the bike, but there were none in stock so we went back to the counter to get a full refund. As we were waiting in line we had a view of her talking to another customer, engaging friendly conversation and smiling. Complimenting him and everything. I have reason to believe this was racism, because keep in mind we are Chinese-Americans. My dad speaks english with an accent. The lady talked slowly and annoyedly with my dad the entire time. When we finally left, the entire car ride home was us talking about that rude lady at Walmart. This left a bad taste in my mouth about Walmart, which was a shame since every other aspect of it was good. I didn't catch her name, sadly, but I hope Walmart figures it out.

I love coming in first thing every other morning. The Cheese and yogurt are so fresh and organized that it pays to be the early worm.

Folks it's time to wake up and smell the garbage, Walmart!!! I have shopped 9 Walmart stores to see if this was one incident or corporate. First, all stores are very near to end of shelf life and as far as produce or any fresh items, you best eat it all on the way to the care because it will not last any longer than that. Now for the best Walmart garbage, after shopping 12 items at Walmart and small business stores and found an average of 2% savings over Walmart for fresher food. I am urging everyone shop small business as Walmart is no more than a convenience, they are more expensive for lesser quality product stop feeding their Trillion dollar profits feed small business that truly cares about it's customers.

This Walmart has poor management. They staff is not helpful or kind. There is a clear mentality of, "that's not my job" here.I bought some headphones here and the price as more than what it said online. Instead of the clerk just grabbing a manager to override the price, she tried to persuade me to just pay the extra by saying, "I'll have to get a manger here to override this. It could take a while." She gave a look like, "why don't you just pay the extra $20?"It took about 3 minutes, but eventually the manager literally gave the approval over the walkie-talkie headset. I didn't feel inconvenienced at all, but it goes to show you that the staff feels inconvenienced when they have to take a small extra step. She didn't even say anything after the transaction and just walked away.Later in the same visit, no one was willing to help me with my online pickup order, as I sat there for 15 minutes. When I went to seek help, several employees said, "I don't know about pickup." Finally, the last employee let me know that pickup had just closed at 8:00pm. (I missed it by a half-hour).Last thing I will say is that I tried calling the store today (Sunday) to verify my pickup order and I was literally hung up on 2 times (I heard voices on the line), and disconnected 3 times. I only ordered here because the other Walmart's didn't have the product, but I will avoid this store at all costs in the future.I recommend going to Algonquin or Crystal Lake instead.

BEWARE! If you shop with grocery pickup. I have been a customer for many years and picked up groceries for the past two. During the past couple of months things have gone straight downhill. I have received rotten produce on multiple occasions. Also, I have been shorted groceries (beer, bananas, milk, etc) and given substitutions that are not what they say online when they describe them. The workers are disrespectful to me as a customer when I have there problems. The store manager is a very nice man on the phone but seems to have lost control of the building because for over a month now I have been cheated and disrespected every week. I have to meticulously check my groceries which defeats the purpose and then spend hours on the phone just to get a refund for what I didn't receive. WALMART DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Well, at least this store has one less to worry about...
