I think this Chase is awesome..it as alot of ATMs..all the time I go there the tellers are fast and very nice especially the blond girl with the accent..lol

I had a new account with Chase and try to send my girlfriend money and they immediately locked my account. Eddie Galvez Jr. Jr, the branch manager was so professional, relatable, and helpful. He stayed on the phone to make sure that my account was revived. He did so much to make me feel really good about the decision I made to go with Chase. Awesome place to go if you’re dealing with Galvez Jr!

I have used this bank for everyday banking, mortgages and investments. Recently, a Banker, Rob Chung, went way beyond his duties, helping with a difficult out of state banking issue. Thanks Rob! You were awesome!

There is no way to get through to them, only robots on the phone2. You provide the ability to translate for other languages3. you have an excellent site support team? (they took all my account into one account, both business and personal. It's incredibly convenient)4. You have an excellent application on phone and we can download checks without any problems (you can’t even imagine how it works terribly at other banks ?).5 you gave our business a loan.? You have the best bank and team. ❤️?We are happy to work with you. We will work with you as much as possible. Sorry for my EnglishBanker Oscar in this branch was very helpful despite my English. My family members stopped by this local Chase bank to inquire more about a transaction.One of the Chase team members, Yvette A., was extremely unhelpful and continuously talked over me as I tried to explain the situation. Adding insult to the injury, Yvette communicated rudely and condescendingly.By far, the worst experience we have had with Chase Bank. Please coach this team member on being an active listener, more professional, and kind.Yvette could learn a lot from one of her colleagues, who was compassionate, respectful, and friendly.
