“Over the years we have used Enterprise exclusively as my go to for renting cars. We always feel like we are welcomed customers and the customer experience is usually on par for what is expected. Early on we did have problems with the Crystal Lake location, but management has definitely brought in some top notch employees. The only negative feedback we would give is that on limited occasions, we have had minor issues with the rental car, which is always address on return. Thank you to team Jeremy for filling Eric's shoes as he transitioned out of Branch manager. The Kelch family certainly appreciates the Crystal Lake Enterprise.”
“I recently rented a car from this Enterprise. A silver rogue to be specific. The car itself was clean when I got it and in good condition. I was more impressed with the staff. The process of renting a car through insurance can sometimes be a headache because there are so many people involved, but I had a very good experience renting here. Nick the manager was always professional and I could tell he treated his employees well because they were always in a pleasant mood. The first person I interacted with Nathaly was a joy to work with. She really made certain that all my concerns were addressed and everything was taken care of. Nadia and Sandy, although I briefly interacted with them, were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this place when renting a car because they removed the STRESS from a stressful situation. 10/10.”
“Please note the vehicle I rented was filthy. I mean durty. I used two clorox wipes to clean the steering wheel and both times the towlet was brown from all the dirt. You could see dust, hair and dirt everywhere in addition the car had a masked cigarettes smell. I rent a lot since I have an older car and love that you guys are so close to my house. Also, a nice greeting would be good but it might be too much to ask.”

“My only complaint is the way an extra day got tacked on...but otherwise, I loved the 2024 VW Jetta. Good on gas mileage and was nice to drive. For the tollroads in the Chicago area you need a pass(another 10.99 a day) Of course you want to protect the car against any damage...coaching! I didn't buy into the towing, so I saved a little bit. Crazy! Put $20. of gas in the car to fill it up after going 150 miles.”
“Ketan was at the counter when I rented the car and returned it. Car was ready when we got there and it was clean. Ketan took the time to explain terms and conditions for gas, tolls and anything else that applies. This was one of the best car renting experience. I highly recommend this location.”
