Manager on duty.. didn't catch his name, was incredibly helpful in switching out some defective rotors I had bought at the Des plaines location. I originally went to the 1002 South Kennedy location also in carpentersville. They said it was not their fault I received bad rotors from a different store.
I'm glad they were able to help! Rotors worked out great afterwards.
