The workers here are useless. I can't tell you how many times they have gotten me the wrong part from the back. Every time I call I am always, no matter the time, placed on hold. This last time after hanging up after a few minutes of being on hold, I called them back and said I can't wait so the guy just said "alright bye". It's 10:30 in the morning on a Sunday, you're not busy. Get off your lazy rear end

The staff here was very attentative and knowledgeable with a Quickness! With their services, I was able to purchase and install (using one of their "loaner" tools) a part that would have cost me TEN times the price to have it done somewhere else...

I went today to go buy a part I needed and I had a question but I could not find an employee. There was a person there who had no uniform and I though he was a customer but it ended up being an employee with no uniform. It was annoying because I was wasting time waiting for an employee when he was there but I did not know because he had no uniform and was wearing a regular sweatshirt. How are we supposed to distinguished customers and employees? His name is Israeli Cardozo.

Great experience working with Jose M. He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken of care of with my request. While assisting with a head light he saw that my car battery looked corroded and recommended testing it. He tested the battery right in front of me and thankfully I was able to see that it had poor capacity. Was able to get it replaced which was a life saver with Illinois weather.

This is the only autozone store that I go to and its always very clean and organized. I always ask for Jose and he goes above and beyond and is always helping me and very knowledgable.

One star 12/7/23I really like this store. The employees were always ready to help and friendly.That was until I ordered oil and a filter in the app to pick up at this store, they gave me a used oil and when I went to return it, the employees did not help. They blamed the mechanic and then blamed me and said that I should return it on the app. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.Update 12/12/23 5 starThe store manager Jose Calderon was very helpful, nice and understanding. He resolved the issue in a really efficient manner.
