Earlier this week a gravel truck deflected a rock right into my windshield as I was driving down Rt. 47. I made a claim with my insurance company and they provided a list of auto Glass companies in the area. I chose to call Auto Glass Technique in Carpentersville and I am so happy I did. They are kind, caring and responsive and the owner Luis personally came out to my home to replace my windshield. He is truly knowledgeable, skillful, and systematic with regard to windshield repair and replacement, and surely made my anxiety about the replacement go away! Auto Glass Technique is the company to call for sure. Thank YOU so much!

Only have had one experience with this company and it did not go well. I set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I waited and they never called or showed up. I left messages and called days after and never heard back. I would not recommend this place.

Definitely 5/5, the job was done very professionally and quick and it was done while I was busy at work. But what surprised me more was how I had taken off one of my wipers because it was broken and I didn’t want it getting in the way but when I got back from work I noticed that they’ve found my wiper and had taped it on well enough for it to stay on and along with that I have a crack on my drain rail from the accident, and they patched that up as well ! I’m left feeling great full and pleased with their service, I most definitely recommend you choose AutoGlassTechnique for your glass repair

Fast & Professional service. The experience getting my windshield replaced was overall excellent. I would recommend using them to replace a windshield. They came to where my vehicle was parked and replaced the windshield with a new one.
