Honestly, this gym might be cleaner than any gym I have been in. I have been working out in the gym since I was 13 years of age and I'm 37.

Giving it a 3 star because it's 24 hours but that's it. Recommendation: It's better to close the gym for a few hours, ex. from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m., for a deep clean and quality control (check faulty equipment, especially amenities, and which machines get the most use and add more and remove those that don't get used).

Lots of multi-strength machines… the bathrooms were very clean and the walking and jogging machines were in perfect condition and there is a lot of availability

I used to come here all the time to play basketball and now suddenly the workers have changed and apparently i can’t hoop anymore. I canceled my membership as soon as I found out and guess what they charged me a 10$ cancellation fee and I can’t complete the month. They just want your money now, would recommend planet fitness at this point. I was paying 15$ and if I wanted to upgrade to hoop i’d have to pay 30$. Increasing the price for what exactly?

I love attending the Friday night COMMIT FITNESS classes with instructor, Joane Acosta. Joane is Fun, Energetic, very creative and professional always. We have Themed workouts while dancing with structured moves to amazing sassy Playlists. Its a WHOLE VIBE. Joane does challenge us to " level up" in class but is also aware of all fitness levels and always shows the modified version of the exercises so everyone achieves the maximum benefit. I always burn at least 700 calories each class. I look forward to my weekly classes with Joane, it is definitely the highlight of my week. I'mHOOKED !!

I take Joanes build a booty, arms and abs on Tuesdays and her commit class of Friday nights and i thoroughly enjoyed her classes each week, her energy is absolutely contagious and you get and amazing workout in. I look forward to her classes every week!

this review is mainly regarding a fitness instructor that i have had to chance to work with ! Joane does fitness classes at Xsport Carol Stream and has completely brought the love i have for exercising back in my life. The classes she teach have become my favorite part of the week. She is SO passionate about what she teaches, she’s got so much contagious energy and she CARES deeply for the men and women that go to her classes. Fitness is a large part of her life and it is clear she has spent a long time learning the ins and out of cultivating the most effective workouts possible, while also ensuring an incredible atmosphere. XSPORT is extremely lucky to have her as an instructor and i am so happy that i have found her classes!

The gym is great and clean! I absolutely love the classes especially Friday night Commit class with Joane. She is so fun ! I look forward every week to join her class.

My husband and I joined the gym February 3. I got the upgraded membership, my husband got the minimum. First issue they charged us $29.95 for my husband's. Thinking this would be an easy resolve turned out to be a disaster. Then I signed up for training. I have paid for my 5 initial sessions and an additional month. My trainer blew me off twice. I called to get the money refunded. It is $212.00. Today they took another $115.00. I have only had 4 training sessions and should be refunded for 5. I don't know in what world any business can go in an take money whenever they want. This place is a scam, at least with training. They now have $318.00 of my money that I need. I will have to get authorities involved if I don't get my money back tomorrow. STAY AWAY!!! I wish I didn't have to give any stars, but want to warn people.

I love this gym this gym is much cleaner. Locker room is much cleaner and I like their workout machines much cleaner than Champer. I appreciate this location. God bless you guys.
