I can believe this store is no longer going to be 24 hrs, every time I go for a night or am craving I am pregnant by the way and I live so close to this store , and now I won’t get to be able to buy anything in the am . The other Walgreens is too far away. Hope corporate change their mind. KEEP IT 24 hours.

I am very very upset that this store is no longer going to be 24 hrs this is wrong I go here during my break in a 3rd shift work am at and for the store to be not open 24 you ruined my life. Thanks

The pharmacy staff is super rude, it looks like Walgreens doesn’t pay them and they release their frustration on the customers. Almost all of staff is like that. This my 2 years experience after moved close to it. I better drive an extra mile to go to CVS now.

I have been to so many pharmacies but this one has the worst ever pharmacy staff in the entire US. Walgreens staff is generally worst anyways due to overall poor management but this one has crossed all others. Shame on the management who doesn’t take any action. Just tired now and finally changed my pharmacy.. nightmare’s over..

Nobody accountable over there ..manager is a joke passes the buck..pharmacy doesn't answer calls (made 3 totaling 46min)they put you on hold with 3 people waiting every time? ..I went there today just to get a covid test that was at 10am still waiting for result 3 hrs later for a one hr test..Never seen anything like this..really its that bad!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Called the pharmacy to transfer a prescription and the pharmacist asked “where is it now” I explained at a Walgreens out of state and she asked the same question very abrupt and rude. When I asked for clarification she hung up on me.

Walgreens has become a joke. I called and was told my prescription is ready. Go to pick up and update insurance and now am told it's not ready. Maybe ready in an hour.

I sat on hold for the pharmacy for 20 mins as they kept picking up and putting me back on hold. What is wrong with these people?If you don’t like your job, get lost, let them hire people that actually enjoy helping people. Seems to me that these people are simply here for a paycheck.Awful customer service at best. It would be in Walgreens best interest to save the money and close down this branch.The past reviews I read seem to have a similar trend.

Tried to speak with pharmacist 3 times over 1hr and 45 min Got put on hold 3 times two hang ups. Finally call the technician phone number and he got the Pharmacist on the phone for an answer that took 15 seconds. Pharmacist admitted they were short staffed. This does not pencil out. It’s simple lack of priorities to address phones calls. I would have done this on the app but it required me to call the Pharmacist. Formal customer service will be filed.

What is wrong with you people at Walgreens why do you people let people suffer to get prescription you are the worst for health care I will change PHARMACYS YOU SHOULD BE A SHAMED OF YOUR SELF CHARGE MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE AND CAN'T DO YOUR JOB STOP BE GREEDY AND DO YOUR JOB AND GET PEOPLE THE MEDICATION. LAZY YOU DON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY .To get work done you have work that's how you earn a paycheck.

Horrible service, my medicine NEVER received on time. They dont use a coupon for the med like other pharmacies, like look how mean they are!!! Also, they always gives me hard time to gets any of my med, for example, they tells me the med is in a stock then when I come to pick it up, they goes oh it’s not in stock.. ummm why in the world you do that to me or to any of the patients ? Oh not to mention that the store is not clean the floor always has sone trash on it even in front of the pharmacy counter!! I strongly don’t recommend it and I switch to a different pharmacy as enough is enough!!!

This pharmacy is literally the worst I’ve ever been to. They never call to tell you if there is an issue filling your prescription or if there is an insurance issue - you just have to guess and call in to wonder if they have even gotten your prescription. They make you wait for a script to be filled to later be told it is out of stock and they have no idea when it’ll be back in. And the wait time is terrible. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They typed the wrong thing in the computer so my insurance kept denying it, pulled the wrong thing and had to wait longer, people keep hanging up the phone, said they faxed my doctor's office and the doctor didn't receive anything. And so many more things. They're a joke.

Pharmacy is always messing up my prescription orders they are always late like I get it there are tons of other prescriptions to fill but why do mine always have problems. Terrible customer service at the pharmacy too.

Where do I start on how HORRIBLE this store is.1. I have auto refill on medication that is needed (life or death) every month there is an issue with it saying it’s delayed. This has been going on for 2 years. What’s the point if auto refill if you still won’t have it!2. The order online and pick up in store is GARBAGE. The people rush to get your stuff and tell you it’s out of stock when in reality it’s in the store. Then they tell you cancel the order and reorder instead of just putting the items you paid for on your order.3. When they do have your online order ready the people who come out to the car are rude. You speak say thank you they don’t say anything back. Walgreens has definitely gone down hill.4. If I could have given ZERO for this store I would have!ANDREW the store manager should really train his staff.
