Elly was great! She was fast and efficient and was able to walk me thru each step for my new accounts. It is people like her that make a difference. She even followed up a few days later, perfect customer service

I signed up for a $500 bonus and send in the deposit info but the account was never funded and they closed my account without any bonus. I went into the bank to get some resolution and they offered me a code to sign up again with the same bonus amount. After I met all the qualifications for the bonus and the branch banker confirming it 3 times and promising it would post in a couple weeks and to be patient customer service finally responded and said that I was indelible because I had had an account within 12 months prior which is false: the only account I had was the one that was never funded due to the US bank workers not processing my opening deposit within the required time frame. When we asked to talk to the manager he was very unhelpful and never followed up with a resolution.

Branch manager is unhelpful and won't address concerns. When confronted with a situation where a bank employee made a mistake he referred me to a regional manager who never answers her phone and doesn't receive or return voicemails. Definitely the worse banking experience in my life.

tellers & bankers are friendly but the management here is the worst possible customer service from the manager of the branch. He was not friendly and didn't resolve my concern that was caused by a bank error. This mistake and him not resolving it cost me $500.00. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK UNTIL THE MANAGER IS CHANGED.

Every Question that I had was Answered by reasonable Teller or Rep. They are Helpful to Inform you with everything they can with what you need. An Inform with some things you did ask. So, you will know Everything that you need. So, you may move further with your Plans.

The tellers are friendly but the manager of that branch is not helpful. I waited today to see him for 10 minutes as he worked on his computer. I got up to ask the teller how long do I have to wait, she looked on her computer and said the manager is on the phone.. She couldn't help me and told me to call Customer Service at the 1800 number. This is the third time that I've been there with a problem and had to go home to call Customer Service. They are rather incompetent at doing their job. The branch manager is just lazy.

I've been banking at the Carol Stream bra ch for many years. The employees have always been courteous and helpful. Never aproblem with any of them.Shout out to Jaminda Bryant and Kal the branch manager for all their help.

I've been banking here for about 20 years, the service from the workers and employees of this branch are very good. The problem I have with this branch is the outside ATM. Past six months or more it has been having major problems. It takes way too long to get through this ATM. The touchscreen doesn't work properly. So if you try to end The transactioni just out of frustration you can't even get your card back you have to wait until this machine figures out what it supposed to be doing before you can either cancel the transaction or sit there forever for it to finish. And I'm not talking about a minute or two it takes a good 10 minutes to get through it. The one inside the building is a little bit better but I think the one in the drive up needs to be replaced already.

This is an awesome branch. The employees were very helpful and nice. I think they are over worked and under paid, especially with the way things are right now. They desire more appreciation for what they do. Thank you all
