This place was my go to for all my vapes. Recently purchased a geekvape, told them it was faulty…the vape that likes to vape on its own and dishes out hella fluid when you puff….mind you it was only $40…. Asked to exchange for a different brand vape within the same price range within a few days of purchase with receipt but they forced me to exchange for the same model which still likes to vape by itself??♀️ it’s not the stores fault that this model is no good but when the customer is telling you there is a problem and you still deny a fair exchange that’s when the problem with the merchant comes about. Do not buy this!!!!! The workers pressed the button and saw all the fluid flooding to the mouthpiece but still wanted to act like there was no problem?I have a video of the vape going off without me touching the button….wish I could post it here ? I never leave bad reviews but I’m just pissed

Called because my yocan orbit wouldnt work properly, was informed i could get my receipt and to bring it in to try to troubleshoot it. Caitlyn both answered the phone and assisted me when i got there she was able to inform me of possible coil issues and resolve my issue for me in little to know time. Amazing customer service.

Uncle Stu's has been my go-to vape shop since day one of my vape use. It's very rare that I'll end up going to a different vape shop. The employees have always been so nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I gave it 4 stars because a lot of the time their inventory is slim & their orders "didn't arrive" or it's a "check back in a day or two". My vape uses a coil that seems rare Uncle Stu's gets in stock even though my vape I bought here. I've had to resort to ordering my coils online which sucks because it usually takes a week to be delivered. Don't get me wrong though, there have still been plenty of times Stu's has had the right coil. All and all, I'm still an Uncle Stu's shopper. The atmosphere is what you'd expect of a vape shop, but better. It's kinda a vibe on its own in their own right.

All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable fun events at the store regularly and they give u a bunch of free stuff if you mention it's your first time

Kinda over priced depending on what you’re buying. Not too big of a selection of hemp wraps or things without nicotine. The glass selection seems to be their main focus. Customer service was okay but I kind of felt like I was bothering them by being there.

Very bad customer service, and highly overpriced for vapes, i had a bad conversation from the 3 guys who works there and there owner was standing like a mirror and they cussed me and called me names, I didn’t want to do anything about because i had a very bad day that time, my family have business and I’m a manager there i never treated my customers like this because i don’t like to get treated bad and aggressive but anyway i told i will bring a huge amount of vapes too sell them for a good profit and they still had an attitude never ever going to pass there.
