It will be difficult to condense my review with TEAM Concepts into a short paragraph considering the multiple exceptional experiences I've had working with them over the last 4 months. Suffice it to say, the TEAM literally performed miracles meeting some unrealistic deadlines with professionalism, quick concise communications, reasonable prices and quality products delivered ahead of schedule.It was such a privilege to work with Julie Pineda who took on the original project with complete confidence even when I introduced it as "probably impossible". Not only did they complete multiple projects ahead of delivery deadline but throw in the fact that these projects processed over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with short-staff dues to vacations and CoVid illnesses. Amazing and miraculous!Our agency depends on suppliers working on our behalf as partners to accomplish the delivery deadlines for our clients. Can't so enough good things about this group. Went to them with a short-run book project. They were responsive, accommodating and helpful. And the book turned out great! Went back for several additional printings, and they made it as easy as could be. Wouldn't think twice about using them again for any print job.
