Best store in T-Mobile, I came to this store and they were helpful. There is an entire new team there so none of the older team is there who left a bad taste in my mouth about T-Mobile. I highly recommend this store! They found me the best deals and took their time with me! Thank you to the team and the Manager there Patrick Cagle

The worst customer service and awful people who are working there, Mohammed Arham was very rude he said get lost from the store and don't recommend T mobile neither this store.. poor behavior and horrible service

Today I came back to the Carol Stream store I had been to about 3 months ago. I asked for the person who was very nice to me then and he was here to help me get a new phone. I can't say enough about what a help Arham was to me. Buying a new phone is stressful and he took care of everything for me.

I returned an iPhone that i recently purchased that had a scratch on it. All returns have a restocking fee, but to accommodate me for the inconvenience the manager waived that for me. Great customer service.

Saturday at 10/14 1:41 pm I was at this store in Carol Stream on North Ave.I had the worst experience with the girl that was working.I walked in and there was one employee and one customer that was being helped. I sat there for about 8 to 9 minutes. The girl that "helped" me came out from the back - ways something to the other employee and then walks over to me. I was sitting at the desk because I had a sprained ankle. I was there to return my internet box. She said can I help you. She looked like she was having a bad day. I explained that I needed to return my box. She said do you have a receipt - I said I think it's in the box and pointed to the box (I had set the box on the desk when I walked in and then sat down) she just looked at me.I said I'm sorry but I have a sprained ankle can you reach it for me. She then just tapped the box towards me so I could barely reach it. I couldn't believe how rude she was being. I then opened the box and said I don't think I got a receipt. She then asked if I got it in the store. I said no it was mailed to my house. She said "you have to return it by your self in the mail". I said I was told by another employee of T-Mobile that works in the same building as I do (and it always very helpful) Sergio Muralles at 255 Lake St. in Bloomingdale, IL.She said that is not true - we don't take them back in the store and just looked at me. I again told her I was told I could - she said in a very rude voice "I said you have to return it how you got it through the mail".This is the worst customer service I have every had in my life and I am 54! I work in customer service and have for 30 plus years. I would never treat someone that way she treated me. I felt that I was annoying her. This is actually the first time I have ever done a review on anything. I understand people having a bad day but this as just wrong. She never even said I am sorry. All she said was "is that it" (like is that all you need) I said yes and she turned and walked away. Again, this is my 1st review ever and I hate to get people in trouble. It is just that this was such and upsetting experience that I just can't get over it (it happened 6 days ago) and it is still bothering me.Thanks for your time and understanding!

Horrible customer service. Charged a whole cycle after the representative at store had already supposedly canceled my plan and acct 4 months ago. No accountability at all from this store for the false information. Stay away from this store. They do absolutely nothing to help you.

I would like to express my gratitude towards Arham at T-Mobiles branch at North Ave., Carol Stream, Illinois. He was patient with me, trying to find a solution to my malfunctioned phone. He will help me to install the program to my new cell phone tomorrow. I have been going back to him many times for help. Not once did he say to me, "We do not provide service here. We are for sales only." as some people at the Wheaton branch on Butterfield Road did. Shawn at the same Carol Stream office was also helpful when I did not know how to send electronic signature back to your company. Shawn helped me complete the process successfully.It is through these dedicated staff at the various levels of Tmobile which has made the company competitive and popular among people like me. I am one of the rare "loyalists " who stayed with Tmobile since I first signed up in 2001.Thank you!Jane Wu

This is the worst T-Mobile location. I went in with a family member to get a new phone and the guy Erik was the worst he gaved us on price and then once we proceeded at the register he comes up with a higher price and I was confused and his response was “get a cheaper iPhone if you can’t afford it” honestly very rude and respectful.

This place was absolutely terrible. Worst customer service ever. I warn anyone to stay away from the T Mobile in Carol Stream on North Ave absolutely ridiculous staff was rude had me check in and took care two people before me who never checked in then gave me attitude when I said something. Took me 45 min to pay a bill. This place sucks and staff is terrible

Worst experience in a store of my entire life. Rude and condescending employees, unclear and inefficient information and help was provided. I had to go back three or four times due to their long wait times and convoluted processes.
