Took my subaru in for a clunking rattling noise. I feared it was a transmission or something drivetrain related. Nope it was just a bunch of frozen snow stuck in my heat shield, they also found a coolant leak and fixed it. Pg and gosia took care of me and were both very very nice. I Will definitely be coming back.

I took my 2018 Subaru forester here because it was making a humming noise. I was told I needed to replace a rear wheel bearing. I took it to another place for a second opinion, and they said I just needed to replace the brakes and that would fix the sound. We went ahead and had the brakes replaced by the other mechanic, only to find that the noise was still there & getting worse ($700 later). I took it back to Subie Clinic to have the wheel bearing replaced, hoping that was the issue. They did the work incredibly fast & the noise is totally gone. The pricing was so reasonable and PG was super kind. Next time, I will be going to straight to Subie Clinic.

The service provided here is excellent. I have come back several times for a variety of diagnostics and services on my old 2009 Forester and PG has been extremely reasonable. His diagnostics are detailed and practical and his work is excellent. Gosia is very courteous and attentive and quick to provide updates.
