I bought a battery about 7 months ago and it doesn't hold charge anymore. They don't cover under warranty. They claim charger isn't for that battery but I use same charger for same type of battery over 3 years old battery and still works. It was the first time I made a business with them just because they are local but I am going to back to my previous supplier which is in MI.Friendly people but not the company I would work again.

2 star for friendly people but I wouldn't do business with them. They don't cover the 7 months old battery and blame the charger. I use that charger for other forklift which has same battery and its been over 3 years with no issue.
