Employee would not color match my paint I had less than 100 ft.² to finish in my kitchen and proceeded to sell me 2 gallons of paint. It cost me $80. I did end up returning them after Lowe’s color matched and I spent $19 on a quart of paint. I will not return to Sherwin-Williams of Carol Stream.

I went to the Carol Stream location today to have some paint matched for my garage door. I told the young man what I wanted to do and handed him my paint chip. he looked at me and said "you want to match this" yes, that is what I just said. He said he couldn't and I would have to repaint the whole door. I left went next door to Lowes and walked out with my can of matched paint. I went home, prepped the area and repainted. looks great- thank you Lowes.

There is no store at all. If you see the 360 street view it shows empty parking a lot. Wasted my time.

It couldn't have been better. Knowledgeable sales staff, product in stock, mixed paint and proceeded with check out while paint was being shaken. Did not waste my time. I was in and out. With a product i had confidence in. Hopefully, will use it in a week or two.
